Khalid Al Zaid Al Khalid Real Estate Company will hold its ordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, on Monday, June 2, 2025, to approve the items listed on the agenda of its ordinary general assembly.

It is noteworthy that the company distributed cash dividends of 224% to its shareholders on August 3, 2023. The company held its extraordinary general assembly on May 25, 2023, where it approved an amendment to Article (67) of its articles of association allowing, based on a proposal from the Board of Directors, the distribution of cash dividends on a semi-annual basis.

The ordinary general assembly also authorized the Board of Directors in its annual meeting to implement its decision and allow it to distribute dividends for the first half of the fiscal year at a rate determined by the Board.

The company confirmed that for this distribution to be valid, the profits must be real in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and should not affect the company's paid-up capital. It also stated that it distributed cash dividends of 34% to its shareholders on June 18, 2023.
