The Board of Directors of Flex Real Estate and Health Clubs Company has invited its shareholders to attend the company’s Ordinary General Assembly, scheduled for Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

The meeting will focus on reviewing the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.

The agenda includes reviewing related party transactions during 2024, discharging the board members from liability for all financial, legal, and administrative actions taken during the year, as well as appointing or reappointing an external auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and authorizing the board to determine their fees.

Additionally, the assembly will hear the Board of Directors’ report and the auditor’s report for 2024, approve both, and review any violations or penalties imposed by regulatory authorities during the year, if any. It will also include discussion of anticipated related party transactions for the upcoming fiscal year.

Separately, the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly will address key items on its agenda, including the Board’s proposal to evaluate the company’s ongoing viability—subject to regulatory approvals.
