Sanam Real Estate Company announced that Wafra International Investment Company has sold 2.38 million shares in the company.

The sale was carried out in two transactions. The first involved 2.09 million shares in "Sanam" at an average price between 210 and 213 Fils per share last Thursday, resulting in a total holding of 21.29 million shares afterward.

The second transaction consisted of Wafra selling 284,000 shares in "Sanam," at an average price between 213 and 216 Fils per share, bringing the total holding down to 21.01 million shares after the transaction.

According to data from the Boursa Kuwait, Sanam's capital amounts to 10.50 million dinars, distributed over 105 million shares.

Wafra International Investment Company is the largest shareholder in "Sanam," owning 22.27% as of December 5, 2024, followed by Al-Daira Holding Company with 20.17%, and then Everly Emerging Frontier Fund with 8%.
