Flex Resorts and Real Estate Company will discuss in its extraordinary general assembly, scheduled to be held on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 1:30 PM, the amendment of Article (5) of its incorporation contract and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, which pertain to the current objectives of the company. • Buying and selling stocks and bonds of the company's accounts - Activity Code (649917).

• Management and operation of hotels - Activity Code (681031).

• Management of health institutes - Activity Code (960964).

• Health institute for men - Activity Code (960961).

• Health institute for women - Activity Code (960962).

• Health institute for children - Activity Code (960963).

• Recreational rooms - Activity Code (932910).

• Management and organization of exhibitions and conferences - Activity Code (823004).

• Investment of financial surpluses in financial portfolios by investing them in portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities - Activity Code (649918).

The company clarified that it may carry out the activities within Kuwait and abroad, either as a principal or by agency.

It may also have an interest or participate in any manner with entities engaged in activities like its own or that may assist it in achieving its objectives, either in Kuwait or abroad.

Additionally, it may establish, participate in, or acquire these entities or associate with them.

The company has invited shareholders wishing to attend or their representatives to consult with the Kuwait Clearing Company, Securities Custody Department, as the clearing agency that maintains the company's shareholder registry.
