The Competition Protection Authority announced that both Jibalah Holding Company and the Industrial Quarry and Cement Co., along with the Al Tameer and Al Bena Factory for Cement Block Manufacturing Company , have submitted a request for approval to complete the economic concentration process.

This involves Jabala Holding Company (a closed shareholding company) acquiring a 60% stake and the Industrial Company for Rocks and Cement (a closed shareholding company) acquiring a 40% stake in the shares of the Reconstruction and Construction Brick Factory (LLC).

The authority has called on any interested parties to submit their justified objections regarding this economic concentration within a period not exceeding fifteen days from today, Sunday, May 11, 2025.
