Burgan Bank announced that an insider traded shares in the Boursa Kuwait during yesterday's trading on Wednesday.
Burgan clarified in a statement today, Thursday, that the transaction involved the purchase of 2,176,492 shares in the bank by the OTC 708 United Industrial Gases and Energy Company, which is part of the Kuwait Projects Company Holding (KIPCO) Group, with the share price in the transaction being 230 Fils.
