Wafra International Investment Company has announced the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors and the position of independent board member for its new term, lasting for three coming years. The company stated that the nominations will remain open for two weeks starting today, Wednesday, May 7, 2025, until May 20, 2025, in accordance with the nomination process for the board membership of licensed entities outlined in the fifth book of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority.

The company invited shareholders wishing to run for the board membership, as well as individuals who wish to nominate themselves for the independent board member position and meet the relevant criteria and requirements for competence and integrity, to submit their nomination applications to the company’s management using the designated form, accompanied by supporting documents proving their compliance with the required conditions to be submitted to the Capital Markets Authority, as nomination applications are subject to prior approval from the authority.
