The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) issued Decision No. (83) of 2025 regarding the licensing request submitted by KIB Invest Company for Investment to conduct securities activities and approved the renewal of the company’s preliminary approval for a license to operate as an unregistered securities broker on the stock exchange.

This approval is valid for six months, starting from May 1, 2025, and ending on November 1, 2025, to meet the criteria set by the authority.

The authority confirmed the licensing of the company in this decision after the completion of the requirements mentioned in the letter of preliminary approval issued by the authority, for a period of three years, renewable from the date of issuance of the authority’s licensing certificate, upon payment of the prescribed fee.
