The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) issued Resolution No. (82) of 2025 regarding the granting of a license to OTC 882 Kuwait International Trustee  Company to engage in the following activities: Custody services and Investment supervision, with the duration of the license for the mentioned company being three years, starting from the date of issuing the authority's license certificate, and upon payment of the prescribed fee. 

The company mentioned is obligated to pay the prescribed fee when renewing the h license for any other period in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive regulations and amendments, as well as the decisions and directives of the authority. 

Additionally, the authority has requested the Kuwaiti Clearing Company to complete the transfer of all activities related to custody services and investment supervision to Kuwait International Trustee Company, along with the necessary procedures, no later than six months from the date of issuing this resolution.
