The general assembly of Orient Education Services Company, which took place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, approved an amendment to Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its articles of Association concerning the company's purposes. The amendments are as follows:

-Management of kindergarten schools.
- management of schools.
- establishing and opening schools.
- establishing private institutes and universities.
- management of higher institutes.
- management of vocational training centers.
- management of private training institutes and educational consulting services.
- The company may invest surplus funds in financial portfolios by investing them in portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
- manage private universities and colleges.
- buy and sell shares and bonds on behalf of the company.
- own properties and movable assets in the interest of the company.
- buy and sell land and properties solely for the company.
- invest surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.

All the company’s purposes are to be conducted in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles.
The company may carry out the activities in Kuwait and abroad either directly or through agencies.
The company may have interests or participate in any way with entities that engage in activities similar to its own or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad, and it has the right to establish, participate in, or purchase these entities or affiliate them with itself."
