In a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait today, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, UniCap Investment and Finance Company announced that it has completed the transfer of shares of both Majd Food and OTC 360 Al-Ritaj Investment Holding Company to its fully owned subsidiary. 

It is worth mentioning that it had previously announced in its disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait on Monday, April 28, 2025, that one of its subsidiaries had purchased 10,357,891 shares of Majd Food at a price of 300 Fils per share, with a total transaction value estimated at KWD 3,107,367, and purchased 87,948,701 shares of Al-Ritaj Investment Holding at a price of 23.1 Fils, with an estimated total value of KWD 2,031,615, bringing the total amount executed for both transactions to approximately KWD 5,138,983.
