The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) issued decision number (78) for the year 2025 regarding the renewal of the securities activities license for Hayat Investment Company.
According to the Authority's statement, the renewal of the securities activities license for Hayat Investment Company has been approved to operate as an unregistered securities broker on the stock exchange for a period of three years, effective from July 18, 2025.
The Authority called on the concerned authorities to implement this decision, each according to their responsibilities, and it will take effect from the date of issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
