KSH Approves Extension of Its Liquidation Period for Two Years

The extraordinary general assembly of the Kuwait Slaughterhouse Company (KSH) (under liquidation) was held on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

The assembly unanimously approved by the shareholders present, who owned 7,524,630 shares, representing 75.246% of the capital stock, the appointment of (Hussein Abdullah Ahmed Jaher) as the voluntary liquidator of the company, granting him all the powers conferred under the applicable laws in the State of Kuwait. 

The liquidator's fees were set at KWD 500 for the entire liquidation period, and the liquidation period was extended for an additional two years.

The company’s liquidator, Mr. Hussein Abdullah Jouhar, clarified that the company has ongoing lawsuits against/with the company that are still in progress in the courts of the State of Kuwait.
