The extraordinary general assembly of the Kuwait Dairy Company (KDCOW), held on April 8, 2025, approved the amendment of Article No. (5) of the articles of incorporation and Article No. (4) of Articles of Association, changing the local activities to international activities according to the international classification of economic activities as per Ministerial Decision No. (167) of 2022. 

The assembly also approved the addition of new activities to the current purposes of the company aimed at expanding its business operations, including the following: 

-    manufacturing dairy products.
-    producing milk and yogurt.
-    producing dairy derivatives.
-    operating storage facilities for all types of goods.
-    owning intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks or industrial designs and franchise rights.
-    managing livestock farms.

The company shall undertake the activities both in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agency, and it may engage in similar or complementary activities related to its stated purposes.

The company may also have an interest or participate in any capacity with entities engaged in activities like its own, or that may assist it in fulfilling its purposes in Kuwait or abroad, and it is permitted to establish, participate in, or acquire such entities or attach them to itself.
