Unicab Investment and Finance Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait on Monday, April 28, 2025, that one of its subsidiaries has purchased 10,357,891 shares from Majd Food Company at a price of 300 Fils per share, for a total transaction value of approximately KWD 3,107,367.
Additionally, it purchased 87,948,701 shares from Al Retaj Investment Holding Company at a price of 23.1 Fils, totaling approximately KWD 2,031,615. The total amount executed for the two transactions is approximately KWD 5,138,983.
