The Kuwait Dairy Company (KDCOW) held its extraordinary general assembly on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, where it approved the distribution of bonus shares to shareholders totaling 10.8 million shares, which amounts to 30% of its capital, bringing the total number of capital shares to 46.8 million shares.
Accordingly, the assembly approved the increase of its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 3.6 million to KWD 4.6 million.
