The Boursa Kuwait announced the delisting of the shares of JIYAD Holding Company (JIYAD) effective today, Sunday, April 27, 2025.

This decision was made based on the resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority. 

It is worth noting that the Capital Markets Authority informed the Boursa Kuwait in a statement today about the delisting of JIYAD Company, clarifying the reason for the delisting decision, which is due to the company's failure to comply with numerous provisions of the executive regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments, specifically the provisions of Book 15 (Corporate Governance) and the provisions of Book 12 (Listing Rules). 

It is noted that the last trading price for the company was 18 Fils on December 3, 2024.
