The company has urged its shareholders to visit the website of the Kuwait Clearing Company (www.maqasa.com) and review the guide on the policies and procedures for general assemblies via the electronic systems.
They should follow the necessary procedures to register in the electronic system so they can access all documents submitted by the Board of Directors related to the agenda items.
Shareholders can then attend the meeting via the system and vote on the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly items, which will be limited to electronic voting only.
Voting will commence on Thursday, May 1, 2025, and will continue until the closure of participation for each item of the meeting by the system manager on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
