The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) decided to renew the securities activity license for AL- Sharq Financial Brokerage Company and issued Decision No. (68) of 2025 to practice the licensed securities broker activity in the stock exchange for a period of three years, renewable, starting from June 27, 2025. 

The Authority issued this decision after reviewing:

•    Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities and its executive regulations and amendments.
•    The securities activity license certificate for AL-Sharq Financial Brokerage No. (AP/2013/0014) issued on June 28, 2022.
•    The request from AL-Sharq Financial Brokerage to renew its securities activity license with the authority.
•    Based on Decision No. (4) of 2025 regarding the modification of final approval powers for the operational procedures of the supervision sector issued on January 12, 2025.
