The Capital Markets Authority(CMA) issued Decision No. (69) of 2025 regarding the renewal of the securities activity license for NCM Investment Company to practice the investment portfolio management activity for a period of three years, renewable starting from July 28, 2025. 

The Authority issued this decision after reviewing:

•    Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities and its executive regulations and amendments.
•    The securities activity license certificate for NCM Investment Company No. (AP/2019/0003) issued on July 28, 2022.
•    The request from NCM Investment Company to renew the license for securities activities with the authority.
•    Based on Decision No. (4) of 2025 regarding the modification of final approval powers for the operational procedures of the supervision sector issued on January 12, 2025.
