The extraordinary general assembly of Kuwait Digital Computer Company, held on February 12, 2025, approved an amendment to Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Bylaws to include the following purposes: the installation of communication equipment, mainframe computers, electronic devices and equipment, network extensions, and the installation and extension of computer and communication networks.

Additionally, the company will engage in wholesale sales of computers, peripheral equipment, and software, as well as retail sales of information and communication technology in specialized stores.

This includes retail sales of computers and their accessories, communication materials and systems, modern telecommunication services, computer programming activities, designing and equipping electronic computing centers, providing technical and technological services, telecommunications technology consulting, information technology consulting, renting computers and accompanying devices, electronic surveillance services through alarms and cameras, and installing, repairing, and adjusting security devices.
