The extraordinary general assembly of OTC 378  AlRaeda Petrochemicals Company held on March 24, 2025, approved its agenda items, including increasing its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from K.D. 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) to 653,000 K.D. (six hundred and fifty-three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars), an increase of 403,000 K.D. (four hundred and three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) at a nominal value of 100 Fils per share, through the following:

•    A cash increase of K.D. 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) allocated to existing shareholders registered in the company's books as of the date of the assembly, and authorizing the Board of Directors to set the controls and conditions for calling up the capital and dealing with fractional shares.
•    An increase through debts amounting to K.D. 153,000 (one hundred and fifty-three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars), with the original debt being cash, allocated to one of the company's shareholders, namely the Kuwaiti Industrial Projects Company.
The assembly also approved the amendment of Article (6) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (6) of its articles of association which now states:
•    The authorized and issued capital of the company is set at K.D. 653,000 (six hundred and fifty-three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) distributed over 6,530,000 shares (six million five hundred and thirty thousand shares) with a value of 100 Fils per share, and all shares are cash shares.
•    The paid-up capital of the company has been set at K.D. 403,000 (four hundred and three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) distributed over 4,030,000 shares (four million thirty thousand shares) with a value of 100 Fils per share, and all shares are cash shares, following approval from the regulatory authorities.
