Al-Sayer Group Holding will hold its extraordinary general assembly on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 12:30 PM to discuss adding Article 76 to its articles of association, which states that the Board of Directors may carry out all actions necessary to manage the company according to its purposes, and only limited by what is stipulated by law, the company’s contract, or decisions of the general assembly.
The Board of Directors may also engage in borrowing, mortgaging company properties, contracting guarantees, arbitration, reconciliation, and donations. It clarified that if the quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
