The Board of Directors of Al-Rai Media Group has invited its shareholders to attend its ordinary general assembly on Monday, May 12, 2025, to discuss the Board's report, the consolidated financial statements for the company, and the external auditor's report from Talal Yusuf Al-Muzainy of Deloitte & Touche Al-Wazzan & Partners for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. 

The assembly will also review any violations identified by regulatory authorities that resulted in penalties against the company (if any) for the same year and consider transactions conducted in 2024 and those planned for 2025 with related parties for approval.

Additionally, the assembly will discuss the Board's recommendation not to distribute dividends and not to grant bonuses to board members for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. It will cover the discharge of board members and release them from liability regarding their legal, financial, and administrative actions for the same fiscal year, the appointment or reappointment of the company’s auditor, and the delegation of the Board to determine the auditor's fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025.
