The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) issued Decision No. (60) for the year 2025 concerning the licensing request submitted by Rasameel Investment Company.
The Authority has decided to grant its initial approval for the licensing of unregistered securities brokerage activity on the stock exchange, with this approval valid for a period of six months, subject to renewal, starting from April 16, 2025, and ending on October 15, 2025, to meet the criteria established by the Authority.
Furthermore, the Authority has decided that the company will be licensed after completing the requirements specified in the letter of initial approval issued by the Authority, for a duration of three years, subject to renewal, from the date of issuance of the Authority’s license certificate and after payment of the prescribed fee.
The Capital Markets Authority issued this decision after reviewing:
• Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity, along with its executive regulation and amendments.
• The request for a securities activity license submitted by Rasameel Investment Company.
• Based on Decision No. (4) of 2025 regarding the amendment of final approval powers for the operational procedures of the Supervision Sector issued on January 12, 2025.
