ALDawly Takaful Insurance Company will hold its extraordinary general assembly on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 1:30 PM at its headquarters. 

The meeting will address the amendment of Article (5) of its articles of association and Article (4) of its articles of association related to the purposes for which the company was established. 
After the amendment, these articles will state the following: 

-    Takaful insurance activities, all types of insurance, ownership of real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company.
-    establishment of companies and participation with others to execute the company’s activities.
-    investment of financial surpluses in financial portfolios through investment in financial portfolios by specialized companies and entities.
