The Boursa  Kuwait announced that based on a notification from the Ministry of Justice - General Administration of Execution, an auction date has been set for Sunday, April 27, 2025, to begin the sale of non-listed securities in the electronic bidding market for the benefit of the Ministry of Justice - Execution Department (debtor: Dar Al-Salam Takaful Insurance Company) to settle the outstanding debt amounting to KWD 104,693.774 (one hundred four thousand six hundred ninety-three Kuwaiti dinars and 774 Fils). 

The sale will be conducted by the seller, the Kuwaiti Financial Brokerage Company, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Twelve of the Stock Exchange rules. The seller is responsible for adhering to the Stock Exchange rules and the executive regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and its amendments, as follows:

•    Investors Holding Group: 924,315 shares.
•    Sarh Capital Real Estate: 24,975,650 shares.
•    Development Capital Real Estate: 19,925,010 shares.
•    Gulf Petroleum Investment Company: 3,361,102 shares.
•    OTC 222 Alafco Real Estate Services: 82 shares.
•    The sale will be conducted in the electronic bidding market using the system for trading non-listed securities by entering purchase orders by the bidders into the system. The bidding will begin at 11:00 AM with a starting price of five hundred Fils Kuwaiti.
•    If the sale does not occur in the first bidding session, the seller may commence the second bidding session five minutes after the end of the first session at a starting price of 100 Fils Kuwaiti. 
•    If the sale does not occur in the second bidding session, the seller may conduct the third bidding session five minutes after the second session without a starting price, and the auction will be awarded to the bidder who offers the highest price for the quantity of securities on display.
