Al-Sayer Group Holding has invited its shareholders to attend its ordinary general assembly on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, to discuss the addition of a new clause to its Articles of Incorporation (Powers of the Chairman of the Board and the Vice Chairman of the Board).
It was noted that if the legal quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, April 23, 2025
