The Competition Protection Authority has announced the submission of a request for approval to complete the economic concentration regarding the acquisition of 75% of the "National Medical Consumable Industries Co." by Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment through its subsidiary "Al-Khalidiya Suburb" and "Sanam Real Estate" Co. through its subsidiary "Sanam Innovation Holding."

This is in compliance with Law No. (72) of 2020 regarding the protection of competition and Article (83) of its executive regulations issued by Decision No. (14) of 2021 and its amendments, which state that “any interested party may submit a reasoned objection to the authority regarding the request for economic concentration within no more than fifteen (15) days from the date of notification or publication.”

The Competition Protection Agency has called upon all interested parties to express their reasoned objections to this economic concentration within no more than fifteen days from today, Sunday, April 13, 2025.
