Kout Food Group Company has invited its shareholders to attend its ordinary general assembly on Sunday, April 27, 2025, to discuss the election of a new board of directors for the next three years.
It is clarified that if the legal quorum is not met for holding the general assembly, the meeting will be postponed to May 4, 2025, at the same place and time. This announcement serves as a notice for the postponed meeting without the need for new notice, according to Article (143) of Law No. (1) of 2016 regarding the issuance of the Companies Law and its amendments.
