Combined Group Rocks, which is 67% owned by the Combined Group Contracting, has completed a deal to purchase a ship valued at approximately KWD 2,637,410 (two million six hundred thirty-seven thousand four hundred ten Kuwaiti Dinars).

The "Combined Group Contracting Company " stated in a report to the Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday, that the purchase deal has been finalized, and the ship has been received. 

The processes for transferring and registering all ownership rights of the ship in the name of the company (Combined Group Rocks) are currently being carried out.
Regarding the financial impact of the deal, "Joint" expects to maintain the revenue level of the subsidiary company.
