Starting today, Thursday, April 10, 2025, Kout Food Group Company will distribute cash dividends to its shareholders at a rate of 40%. 

It is worth noting that the company held its annual general assembly for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, and discussed many important items on its agenda, including the approval of the financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a cash dividend of 40% of the nominal value of the share, which equals (forty Fils per share), totaling an amount of KWD 2,671,277.800 (two million six hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred seventy-seven Dinars and eight hundred Fils) for shareholders registered in the shareholders' register as of the date of the general assembly meeting.
