Manafai Holding Company will hold its Ordinary General Assembly on Thursday, April 29, 2025, to discuss several items on its agenda, foremost among them being the discussion of the consolidated financial statements and the final accounts of the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Additionally, the Board of Directors will recommend not distributing cash dividends from the retained earnings for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.

Among other agenda items are the following:

•    To hear and approve the Board of Directors' report on the company’s operations for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
•    To hear and approve the report of the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
•    To hear the report of the Fatwa and Sharia Supervisory Board regarding the company’s activities for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and its compliance with the principles of Islamic Sharia.
•    To hear the report on violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities.
•    To discuss the decision not to grant bonuses to the members of the Board of Directors for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
•    To hear and approve the report on transactions that have been or will be conducted with related parties.
•    To discuss the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors and release them from liability regarding their legal, financial, and administrative actions in managing the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
•    To appoint or reappoint the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and to authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
•    To appoint or reappoint the company's Sharia Supervisory Board for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and to authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
