Al Mal Investment Company will hold its extraordinary general assembly on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, to discuss the future of the company and consider approving an amendment to Article (2) of its articles of incorporation to state the following amendment:
- The name of the company is "Al Mal Holding Company," a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company.
