Gulf Real Estate Projects Company (GREPCO) will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

The company clarified that attendance, and voting will only be conducted through the electronic platform for holding general assemblies at the Kuwaiti Clearing Company. 

It invited shareholders to visit the website of the Kuwaiti Clearing Company at www.maqasa.com to complete registration procedures. It was also confirmed that voting on all items of the agenda will be available from April 13, 2025, until 8:00 AM on the day of the general assembly.

It was indicated that if the quorum for the meeting is not met, a second meeting of the assembly will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, through the electronic system only.
