OTC 852 Wapmed TPA Services Company announced the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors for the upcoming term (2025-2027) for a duration of three years, for both independent and non-independent members, starting from the date of the general assembly's decision to elect the board members in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law, regulatory directives, and the company’s bylaws.

The company invited shareholders interested in running for membership to submit their applications using the designated form, provided they meet the conditions specified in the rules and regulations required by law and decisions from relevant regulatory authorities.

It emphasized the need to submit nomination applications along with all necessary supporting documents that demonstrate compliance with those conditions and requirements to the Corporate Governance Department.
