The Board of Directors of the OTC 118 Kuwait Building Materials Manufacturing Company (KBMMC) has invited its shareholders to attend the ordinary general assembly for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, scheduled for Sunday, April 20, 2025, at 9:30 AM at its headquarters.
The assembly will discuss the items listed on its agenda and elect a new Board of Directors for the upcoming term.
