KUWAIT CITY, April 2: In line with its commitment to developing legislative and regulatory frame works in line with modern trends in the capital markets, the Capital Mar kets Authority (CMA) issued Reso lution No. 54/2025 on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

According to a press release issued by CMA, this resolution amends ar-ticle 1-1-2 of chapter 13 (Collective Investment Regulations) of the execu tive regulations of law No. 7/2010 and its amendments, concerning the regu lation of savings and insurance funds and programs.
