The end of the period, in any way, does not imply an endorsement by the Capital Markets Authority or a validation of the process of delivering client funds and assets to them or to related parties concerning their custody, management, or safekeeping or the termination of Al Madina for Finance and Investment's dealings with its clients or with others.

Therefore, the end of the period is not considered an absolution for Al Madina for Finance and Investment or Saleh Nasser Saleh Al-Saleh, Vice Chairman of the Board, or its Board of Directors, executive management, or any individual registered in a position or function required to be registered with Al Madina for Finance and Investment.
