The extraordinary general assembly of ALtamathul Trading & Real Estate Company , held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the company's headquarters, approved an amendment to Article 27 of its articles of association regarding the board of directors. The amendment increases the number of board members to five. The board will manage the company with a term of three years, which can be renewed.
If it is not possible to elect a new board of directors within the specified timeframe, the existing board will continue to manage the company's affairs until the reasons for the delay are resolved and a new board is elected, all subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.
