The legal liquidator of Arch Real Estate Investment Company (under liquidation) has invited its shareholders to attend its postponed ordinary general assembly in accordance with the Companies Law on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
The assembly will cover several important items on its agenda, including a discussion and approval of the financial statements for the fiscal years from 2020 to 2024.
