The United Beverage Company held its sixth extraordinary general assembly on Monday, March 3, 2025, at its headquarters. 

The assembly approved an amendment to Article 5 of its Articles of Incorporation and Article 4 of its articles of association concerning the company's activities, which are now defined as follows: 

•    managing projects.
•    manufacturing soft drinks, flavored beverages with fruit extracts or essences.
•    bottling soft drinks.
•    producing and bottling water.
•    producing and bottling fruit products.

Additionally, the company will engage in wholesale sales of carbonated drinks and juices, ice cream production from milk, manufacturing food products made from potatoes (including potato chips), wholesale sales of bottled water in all types, producing metal frames, manufacturing containers and wooden pallets, producing rubber and plastic products, wholesale sales of food and beverages, wholesale sales of wooden, cork, and plastic products, manufacturing primary glass products, operating mobile food vending vehicles, producing dairy derivatives, and creating paper or corrugated cardboard containers for food, beverages, and other purposes.

The company may have an interest or engage in any manner with entities that conduct activities similar to its own or that may assist it in achieving its goals both in Kuwait and abroad. It is permitted to establish, participate in, or acquire these entities or integrate them into its operations.
