The extraordinary general assembly of MAWARID United Holding Company, which is under liquidation, convened on Monday, December 23, 2024, and approved the extension of the liquidation period for one year, starting from the date of annotation in the commercial register.
The assembly also agreed to appoint Mr. Abdul Aziz Ali Owaid as the legal liquidator for the company, determining his fees at 500 Kuwaiti Dinars per year.
