City Group announced the decision of its Ordinary General Assembly held on March 18, 2025, to distribute cash dividends amounting to 8.5% of its capital (8.5 Kuwaiti Fils per share) to shareholders registered in the company's records by the end of the eligibility date set for March 18, 2025. 

The Board of Directors announced to shareholders that the distribution of dividends will commence on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, through the transfer of cash dividends to the bank accounts of the eligible shareholders registered in the electronic transfer service for dividend distribution. 

The company urged shareholders who have not registered for the electronic dividend transfer service to visit any local bank to enroll in this service, following the instructions issued by the Kuwait Clearing Company at www.maqasa.com.
