The Capital Markets Authority announced that a license has been issued toAhli Capital Investment Company (ABK Capital) for unregistered securities brokerage activities on the stock exchange, effective March 19, 2025, for a duration of three years, subject to renewal.
This follows Decision No. (160) of 2024 regarding the licensing request submitted by Ahli Capital Investment Company to engage in securities activities in accordance with Law No. (7) of 2010 establishing the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities, along with its executive regulations.
