Eyas for Higher & Technical Education Company held its annual general assembly on Sunday, October 20, 2024, where financial statements for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2024, were approved.
The assembly also approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends at a rate of 2000% (2 Kuwaiti Dinars) per share, totaling KWD 20 million for shareholders registered in the company's records up to the date of the assembly.
Distribution of the cash dividends to shareholders began today, Thursday, March 20, 2025.
