Boursa Kuwait announced that, based on a notification from the Ministry of Justice – General Department of Enforcement, Sunday, April 9, 2025, has been set as the date for the start of the sale of unlisted securities in the electronic auction market on behalf of the Ministry of Justice – Enforcement Department (debtor: Al-Arfaj Holding Group Company), in settlement of a debt amounting to KWD 123,401,618.

The sale shall be conducted through the selling party, the KIC Financial Brokerage Company, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter Twelve of the Stock Exchange Rules.

The selling party shall be responsible for adhering to the Stock Exchange Rules and the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and their amendments, as follows:

- City Group Company - 2 shares.
- Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company - 50 shares.
- Al Waseet Financial Services Company - 6,080 shares.
- Al Sharq Holding Company - 1,922,081 shares.

The sale is conducted through the electronic auction market of the securities trading system (unlisted) by entering purchase orders from bidders into the system.

The auction begins at 11:00 a.m. at a base price of five hundred Kuwaiti Fils. If the sale is not possible in the first auction session, the seller may begin the second auction session after the end of the first session (five minutes) at a base price (100 Kuwaiti Fils). If the sale is not possible in the second auction session, the seller may conduct the third auction session after the end of the second auction session.

The seller may conduct a third bidding session (five minutes) after the end of the second bidding session without a base price, and the auction shall be awarded to the person who offers the highest price for the quantity of securities offered.
