Arabi Arabi EnerTech Company , a subsidiary of Arabi Holding Group, has renewed three Murabaha agreements worth KWD 15,683,373 (fifteen million, six hundred and eighty-three thousand, three hundred and seventy-three Kuwaiti dinars only).
According to a statement to the Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday, Arabi explained that this will come after the payment of a portion of the principal and profits of the Murabaha agreements, all of which will expire on June 15, 2025.
Arabi Holding noted that the financial impact will be the reclassification of current and non-current liabilities.
