OTC 133 Kuwait Slaughterhouses Company will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general assembly on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM to discuss the items listed on the agenda of its ordinary general assembly. The agenda includes hearing the report of the liquidator and the report of the auditors from Al-Waha Audit Office, Ali Awid Rakhis, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and approving both reports, as well as discussing the audited financial statements for the same year and approving them.

Additionally, the agenda includes hearing a report on violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities (if any), releasing Hussein Abdullah Jawhar - the legal liquidator - and discharging him from any responsibilities related to his financial, administrative, and legal actions for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, appointing or reappointing the company’s auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and authorizing the legal liquidator to determine his fees.

The items listed on the agenda of the extraordinary general assembly will also be reviewed, which includes the reappointment of the company's liquidator and the extension of the liquidation period for two years.

The company clarified that if the legal quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Thursday, April 10, 2025, to discuss the same agendas.
