The Board of Directors of Safat Industries Holding Company has invited its shareholders to attend the ordinary general assembly on Monday, March 24, 2025, to review the items listed on its agenda. 

This agenda includes several key items, such as discussing and approving the Board of Directors' report on the company's activities and financial position for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, as well as hearing the report of violations noted by regulatory authorities and any resulting financial or non-financial penalties. 

The assembly will also hear the report from the Sharia Supervisory Board for the ended financial year and approve it, along with the auditor's report for the same financial year.

In addition, the agenda items will review and adopt the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, along with discussing the Board of Directors' recommendation not to distribute profits and not to allocate bonuses to board members for the same period. 

There will also be a report on transactions made with related parties during the ended financial year, granting the board the authority to enter new transactions with related parties during the financial year ending December 31, 2024.

Additionally, the release of the board members from liability for all legal, financial, and administrative actions during the fiscal year 2023 will be discussed, as well as appointing or reappointing the Sharia Supervisory Board and the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with the board authorized to determine their fees.
